The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented challenge that we at Tamarack Homes are monitoring very closely. Due to this ongoing and fluid situation, all Tamarack Homes sales centres, model homes, and the Tamarack Homes Design Centre are closed to the public until further notice. We are currently following all guidelines published by Ottawa Public Health to protect the health and safety of our employees, homeowners, partners, and other guests. Our goal is to continue to provide the quality of service that our homeowners expect, while ensuring our employees are healthy, safe, and have continued job security during these trying times. Tamarack Construction Sites
While our sites remain operational for the time being, we have put in place heightened hygiene and cleanliness standards in order to protect our employees and subcontractors. As per the Ottawa Public Health guidelines, our staff are observing physical distancing, increased handwashing, and disinfecting all surfaces regularly. If you have questions regarding your home that is currently under construction, please contact your customer service representative.
While our physical offices are closed to the public to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, our staff are working remotely and are available through telephone and email. We remain committed to serving our homeowners and the public while adhering to the health and safety guidelines published by Ottawa Public Health.
During this time of difficulty, supporting our local community has never been more important. Tamarack Homes and the Taggart Parkes Foundation are proud to be actively supporting local charities including the Ottawa Food Bank and the Youth Services Bureau through financial donations to help meet the increased need for these services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
